START WITH YOUR HOME

What would charging
at your home involve?

You don’t need to have a charger picked out or know your panel size. These three things help us plan a setup that makes sense for you.

01

Where you park

The charger should reach your vehicle comfortably. We look at your parking space, charger position, and the wiring route from the panel.

02

Your home’s electrical capacity

We evaluate the existing electrical loads during your in-person consultation. That helps us explain suitable charging options and whether additional work is needed.

03

Your vehicle and daily routine

Your daily mileage, vehicle, and time parked at home help determine how much charging you need. You can start the conversation even if you’re still shopping for an EV.

“We were able to schedule the quote and job in less than a week. And his pricing for installing an EV charger was very reasonable.”

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get started.

Do I need to choose a charger first?

No. We can discuss your vehicle, parking location, and daily driving needs before you purchase one. You supply the charger separately from the installation price.

Will I need a panel upgrade?

Not necessarily. A load calculation during your in-person consultation helps us evaluate capacity and explain suitable options. Any additional electrical work is explained in your written proposal before you decide.

Who handles the installation and permits?

HomeCharge Connect is the home EV charging service from Day Electric, led by a Colorado master electrician. Day Electric performs the installation, handles required permits, and coordinates inspection. Permit fees are included in all three installation tiers.

Does the form book an appointment?

The form requests a follow-up about your project. It does not take payment, produce an instant quote, or confirm an installation appointment. To reserve a free phone consultation, choose a time in Google Calendar (opens in a new tab).
